Check-in is at 3pm. Lobby closes at 8pm. Late check-ins (after 8pm) are instructed to call the manager at the number posted on the lobby door. The manager will provide instructions on getting into guest room and checking in the following day.

No. Paniolo Inn is next door and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at great prices.
Do you provide shuttle transportation?
No, but we can help arrange transportation with a taxi or Uber.
Do you have information on tours and attractions?
Yes, We have a collection of catalogs available to guests with more information in the lobby. Nearby activities include: volcano tours, zipline adventures, beaches, farmers markets, hiking, horseback riding, and fishing.
Do have a business center or offer services?
- Printing of boarding passes is complimentary.
- Other small-scale printing and sending/receiving of faxes is at a nominal fee; ask at the front desk.
Is your hotel pet friendly?
Service animals as described by Hawaii state law are welcome on property. All other pets should be left at home. Waimea Country Lodge reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee for unauthorized pets on property.

Complimentary coffee is available by request in the lobby between 8 and 11 am.
